◄What shipping options are available?: We send all orders via Australia post. You are able to select if you would like regular or express post.
◄Do you ship worldwide?: Yes we do! International shipping rates apply. Please see our shipping information for more details.
◄How long will my order take to arrive?: We ship twice a week. Please see shipping section for more information. All items are shipped from Melbourne, via Australia Post. Australian orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days (please allow extra time during peak periods).
◄What payment options do you accept?: We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also offer PayPal and Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

SIZING

◄How do I know what size to order?: Check out our sizing guide, however if you’re still unsure what size to order for your beloved hound, we’d be happy to help- send us an email and we will get back to you immediately. We recommend using the approximate weight guide if you're unsure or measurements.; Our stretch scale on each product page, is there to help you. If your
hound is on the larger end of the approximate size measurement, a
super stretchy item would be the best fit.
◄Am I able to return my order if the sizing is incorrect?: Yes! As long as your item is not a clearance item and is in an unworn and new condition, you'll be able to return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please read our refunds policy for more information and on details of how to organise this.
◄You've sold out of the size and style I wanted to purchase! Will you be restocking this item?: We try and restock most of our styles if they have sold out, unless it a limited release or coming to the end of a style for that season. Please contact us if something you’ve got your eye on is sold out, we’d be happy to help.
◄Do you offer custom orders?: We have planned our collection to fit a vast majority of dogs, however, if you have an enquiry about a custom order, send us an email. We will do our best to help you!

◄How should I care for my products?: Our products are machine washable (cold cycle). Please see care instructions on the label inside our garments
◄My item has wear and tear damage, what can be done?: We know what dog’s can be like! All of our products are made with quality materials, however, they are not indestructible. As our products are crafted by hand, we may be able to fix small problems of wear and tear (at the buyers expense). Please contact us with your enquiries.

◄Can my dog go to the toilet while wearing the garment?: Yes of course! We have designed all of our products so that they don't need to be removed for toileting.
◄My dog is walking differently while wearing the Onesie, is this normal?: Most dogs seem to walk differently when they wear a garment over their back legs for the first time. Rest assured, it doesn't take long for them to realise it’s the most comfortable thing they’ve ever worn!
◄Can I send you a photo of my gorgeous hound in their new outfit?: Absolutely, it would be the highlight of our day. We love seeing all our beautiful customers wearing our product.
